Welcome everybody to my newly reconstructed self glorifying obligatory MySpace page. For those of you who are new to my musical world suffice to say I have had the good fortune of entertaining my fellow earthlings through numerous projects for the past twenty years or so. You may be familiar with my work through such original group endeavors as Jellyfish, Imperial Drag, The Moog Cookbook, or TV Eyes. I have also spent many fun years assisting groups like Beck and Air bring their amazing musical message to the world both on record and live. I have worked as a keyboardist, vocalist, arranger and song writer in a more behind the scenes capacity with hundreds of other artists from Morrissey to Johnny Cash and on such films as Lost In Translation and Team America. Still others of you may know my name from my work as a remixer having had the pleasure of reworking the songs of everybody from Felix Da Housecat to Henry Mancini. I currently am deriving great fulfillment juggling two solo careers: One, which could be described as an arena for the more classic-pop oriented, harmony vocal based, sugar-coated post Jellyfish musical world for which I am mostly known. The second, under the alias Malibu, being that of my electronic instrumental experiments which delve into the world of hard Munich disco funk music circa 1979 but through a unique modern filter.
Long-winded detailed biographies on all of the above can be read at my main website. My history through scrapbook photos, paraphernalia and merchandise can all be explored there as well. My list of session credits as a keyboardist, vocalist, arranger and song writer as well as a list of remixes and outside compositions can also be viewed.
Despite the much welcome success of my solo projects which keep me happily over-worked these days, I continually am on the look out for new projects to produce, remix, or perform on and can be contacted for such prospects through my representatives at Tsunami Entertainment: tsunamient.com and/or [email protected] . Any artist interested in co-writing or any enterprise interested in my scoring talents for TV, film or commercials should reach out to my wonderful management team there as well.
