About Me

Welcome everyone! My name is Aaron and I am a fifteen year old with a mission to save todays youth. There's so many kids in the world today who need somebody to have their back and I'm trying everything in my power to be their voice. This page was created to promote my new book titled "The ripped flag on the battleground", I'd appreciate it if you would take the time to check out my myspace group at http://groups.myspace.com/rippedflag Feel free to message me, I will make sure you get a reply. With all that said here is the introduction to the book...thanks so much for the support. (P.S I'm a person, not spam!)"My breath is heavy and my heart is pounding. The screaming of my name is so loud that I cover my ears and bring my knees to my chest. I know that in any moment light will spread over my dark hiding place and I will be found. The doors are slamming and hands are banging on the walls only feet from where I hid myself. Wet salty tears streamed down my face uncontrollably as the voice gets louder and louder until that door flung open and I was no longer hidden in the shadows. His strong hands grabbed me by my arm and flung me to my feet then slammed me into the floor. The crisp sound of the leather belt against my bare back was nothing new to me at this point. In fact, nothing that he did surprised me anymore…I was 10 years old.Hi, My name is Aaron and I’d like to share my lifelong battle of freedom and survival. My story isn’t too much different from hundreds of thousands of other children in this world. Many of us all share the same battle at the hands of our parents and other adults in our lives. Of course, each story is different and each child has their own perspective of the world and the circumstances for their situations. This book is my perspective of my world. I was groomed to be a child entertainer from the age of three. Those hopes that my parents held weren’t as glamorous as they had planned on. From early on my childhood was turned into nothing more than a nightmare. A reoccurring nightmare that never gave me peace at night, or in the daytime either for that matter.I have always felt a very strong urge to help other in children in need. It’s easy to forget your own value when you’re constantly being put down. After spending a lot of time trying to raise awareness to the child abuse in this country, I’ve decided to sit down and write my story. I want to achieve a goal…and my goal is to let other children know that there is hope out there and that it’s not always going to be so bad. I like to be able to have a relation with the people I try to help…I’ve found it’s easier for them to trust me that way. This is a story of my life, not only the bad times but also the good things. Here is a look into my childhood inside and out. I’d like to share with you my story of survival, and dreams. I feel I’ve lived enough to be able to fill some pages in this world. I’ve spent the majority of my life trying to deliver a positive message to people all across the world. My cards had been dealt for me as a small child, and I was given the opportunity to try and reach people at a very young age. Ironically, while I spent my childhood globetrotting trying to make a stamp on this world my own life was in ruins. Many battles I was fighting while facing the world with a big smile. This is my story….behind the smile." - Introduction to my book, The ripped flag on the battleground.
