CURRENT MOON moon phases
I spend most of my time Writing, of course! My interests vary from volunteering for film festivals, reading, visiting with friends, and traveling. I'm always looking to improve both my work and myself. I think the best stories are the ones that come from people watching.
WHITLAMS lyrics
Mark Ryden one of my favorite artists. www.markryden.com
Of course, I would have to say Stephen King and Bentley Little. Writers, filmmakers, screenwriters, and anyone else with the same interests. Or anyone that I can learn from or has anything interesting to say.
I should mention that even though I write constantly, I'm pretty bad at commenting back or answering messages. I do try to catch up and comment back when I can.

..I'm so proud to have my very own stalker. He wrote and sang a song all about me!! Yes, under my name... not pen name. I just had to share it since it might be the only song ever written for me.... Enjoy it!! Thanks so much.
Most of my music is from the 80's, Depeche Mode,The Cure,The Smiths, Morrissey, Pixies, Madonna then there's Placebo, Fall Out Boy, Garbage, Metisse, Blue October, Panic at the Disco, Aimee Mann, Joydrop, Hungry Lucy, Rasputina, Darling Violetta, Elton John..The Beatles. There's so much more. I'll basically listen to anything that has great lyrics. It just depends on my mood or what I'm working on at the time.I just had to add Placebo's cover of Running up that Hill.
All horror movies, some foreign films, dark comedies, sci-fi, action, Indie films and comedies. Heathers, Very Bad Things, Vanilla Sky, Magnolia, Chasing Amy, Whatever happened to Baby Jane?, Riding the Bullet, Donnie Darko, Gingersnaps and whatever else seems to be good. I just can't get enough of Cary Grant Movies. Would it ruin my street cred as a horror writer if I admit I love Disney films? ;)
Although I have my TV on a lot of the time, it serves as background noise. There are a few shows I do watch House, Law and Order SVU, Psych, Monk and Dirt. Yeah, I know Dirt is my 'guilty pleasure.' I used to love Friday the 13th the series, that's what I wished they would put out on DVD. I'm not sure anyone remembers that show. Oh and you can't forget Twin Peaks.
I read anything and everything I can get my hands on. I'm a huge fan of Bentley Little, Stephen King, Dean Koontz, Edgar Allan Poe, Alfred Hitchcock, and anything else that catches my interest. I'm an avid reader of Cemetery Dance magazine. Oh, I would recommend the book On Writing Horror by Stephen King, for anyone that writes horror.
