About Me

___________________________________________________________
Hello,I am top performance coach, author, columnist and singer. With this page I hope to make a difference by encouraging and inspiring the ones seeking, knowing not everyone has the opportunity to attend one of my top performance presentations. For those curious about my music, you can find my profile at the top of my friends on this page. Special note about messages: Due to the high volume of incoming messages, I am not always able to reply as quickly as a wish, or to every single incoming message, but I try very hard. I reject the idea of getting an assistant to care for this page, so it is only me answering messages. Please know I do care and that I am trying my best. Thanks for visiting, Jessyca.

A little about my life: Born in Mexico, my father's family was originally from the Basque country, my mother's side is Mexican. I immigrated to USA to attend school, I am an adult now.
I fell to earth born with a genetic condition called Partial Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome this illness managed to limit the first 17 years of my life as it caused some former physical morphological variances. My health was complicated with another rare affliction called Rheumatic Fever, an autoimmune disease that caused inflammation in body tissue and joints, and a challenging cyclic weakness, amongst other things. The combined residue of these conditions are me missing out on my own childhood, partial deafness on my left ear, inability to carry my own child, and a heart condition called Arrhythmia, which lead to a near death experience on the operating table as a teen.
After the publication of my first work book, I began to receive letters with questions about my health, since I discuss it in it. If you are interested in biology, here is a blog with answers and scientific updates found post the publication of my book. I also answer the most common questions I receive. Click here to read: Questions Blog
My story is here as perspective, for anyone thinking their own flaws may make them less than others, but especially for anyone who ever feels they are not good enough for some external reason; I am here for you. Illness could have destroyed my life but I didn't let it I managed to stay here, and after medical help but most importantly, after learning how to use my mind, I was able to begin living a normal life seventeen years after my birth. If I could, You can, if I am OK, You can be OK as well... no doubt about it. Please believe, and you will surely see.
For any of us to be destroyed, it is necessary for the individual to grant permission first. For any of us to be waste, we must first call ourselves waste. For any of us to be a failure, we must first give-up. Every single one of us is an amazing creation, built to perfection within our own imperfections we are not disposable beings, we are living creations. I am here for a reason, YOU are here for a reason; search beneath it all and you will surely find it.
We are all born magnificent beings, we can all do amazing things when we focus our minds. Take a look at the inspiring individuals throughout history that I have chosen in my slide show (on the right side) all of these amazing people saw their future in their minds first, just as I did and continuing doing, just as anyone can ... what we all become, should not be a surprise at all.

About my Career in Top Performance: I am a Top Performance Speaker, Author and Columnist. The cornerstone of my work is the mind and time tested disciplines for its better usage aimed to help anyone reach happiness, success, and what they really want. My teachings are leveraged upon my life experiences, research of success mechanism processes, neuro-science, and some spirituality. I believe that by using our minds proactively instead of reactively we can bring forth what may seem miraculous or insurmountable to others; I know with certainty that we are all miracle makers. How do I know it? Because I have been through it and experimented with my own life, many, many times.
I write a column for the Yes You Can Do It World Magazine, which premiered September 2008. To read my column, click here:
My first book calledConsider this… released June 2008, and I have begun appearances on radio and television; most recently at the early morning show in NBC's Spanish network Telemundo. Consider this... is a workbook focused on the most important pieces that I find construct a happy and successful life; written in an uncomplicated simple way, and a conversational type style (I even designed the book jacket myself) it does not have heavy-duty corporate scrutiny precisely because I wanted to keep it being me with unedited thoughts. The insights within this workbook were deeply contemplated, I paid forward for each aha moment that I am sharing. My wish is for readers to take from it what serves them and set out to continue their studies and journeys with a little more tools and perhaps a self-awareness renaissance. My workshop encompasses the philosophy of Consider this... and the amazing story the masterpiece of my life has been.
Below is a short interview on this release
Inspiring Book. The author is one of the living examples to look at when we feel that our world is trembling. There's hope if we believe. Highly Recommended! Aileen Javier (Boston, MA) Amazon.com
Unexpected Read. The value of Consider this… is the poetic exploration of what being successful really means, as seen through Jessyca’s eyes. I was pleasantly surprised. A. Kupoff (Manhattan, NY) Target.com
A rare and compelling way to teach positivism. I absolutely recommend this book to anyone searching for inspiration... well done miss Langarica. Regis P. (San Diego, CA) Barnes & Noble.com
Consider this... is available through the web worldwide at Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble.com amongst other retailers. Here is a link to the Barnes & Noble site if you are interested: Consider This at Barnes & Noble.com
Our intentions bring forth everything in our lives, I lived through it myself; when we have this awareness of responsibility for creating the positive as well as what appears to be negative, it is impossible to complain or pass judgment, all we need to do is look in the mirror to see the one creating it all.
Whomever we were, whom we presently are, and what we will become, originates in our imagination first. We will always get exactly what we believe we deserve, no less, no more. Our dreams become our realities, our fears equal our self-imposed obstacles; and whether we think our life is wonderful and full of joy, or an endless nightmare, we will be correct because we are the ones manifesting it from the inside out.
To be happy, we must use our talents, we must enjoy our bodies in every way we can, we must not be afraid or waste our time worrying about other's judgment. We must do things with conviction, not because of fear. It is our responsibility to move through life being careful with the hearts of the ones we touch, and not permit others to be careless with ours.
Love and Light,
Jessyca Langarica

STAND FOR SOMETHING MAGNIFICENT
Below you will find some individuals in our world history who I feel stood for something, some of them are still here. I admire and respect every single one of them for their courage, and for their unique individual contributions. If we choose to see, their lives can help us remember the latent magnificence that we all have inside; their examples can show us the way to ask ourselves:
WHAT DO I STAND FOR?

I'd like to meet:

Thinkers, dreamers, scientists, artists, engineers, philosophers, visionaries, inventors, lovers of life. People who have something insightful to say about their world without rancor or finger pointing; above all, people who have dreams, or are willing to learn how. To me, individuals without dreams are simply not fully living.
As Mr. Albert Einstein so aptly stated it: There are two ways to live your life; one is as though nothing is a miracle. The other, as though everything is a miracle.
Gratefully, I belong to the latter philosophy.

Music:

*
One of my passions is music, it is another form of expression for me. I believe that to create music is to exercise our divinity; I feel the universe to be just as harmonious as a perfect melody. Making music is especially important to me because I am partially deaf on my left ear, so when I compose or sing I am always thinking of all the individuals who have been told they couldn't or shouldn't do something. If you would like to listen to what I do musically, you are also welcome to visit myspace music page, just click on this link: Jessyca’s Music Page .
To quote Mr. John F. Kennedy: We must never forget that art is not a form of propaganda; it is a form of truth
To The World
Here is a song especially for you, I wish I had written it I like it that much. Listen to the lyrics, just beautiful.
Although there are many mean and ill willed individuals in this world, there are also many with good and sincere hearts out there; focus on the good ones, ignore the lost ones. Remember, whatever you focus upon will magnify in your life ... focus on love and love will focus on you.
