Band Website: NEW WEBSITE UP SOON....
Band Members: The 1st. RE-PLAY MUSIC FESTIVAL was held over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend ( 6th-9th April 2007) and involved over 130 signed and unsigned bands / musicians / poets at 7 venues all within 15 minutes walk in and around Wimbledon, London SW19
All the venues were within easy pedestrian access from several London Underground Stations...
ALL FRIENDS LISTED ON THIS SITE ARE PEOPLE WHO ARE EITHER GIVING US THEIR MORAL SUPPORT, HELPING US OUT, OR PLAYED AT THE GIGS...
Influences: Over £5000 was raised via the 1st RE-PLAY MUSIC FESTIVAL which was held over 4 days in Easter 2007 in and around South Wimbledon / Colliers Wood in London, to recycle old and broken instruments and donate them back into the community.
Over 130 bands / musicians and poets gave their time and talents for free...
Re-Play is non-profit & supports music workshops for the young and the elderly, we run workshops with Mencap and also donate to a number of music therapy groups such as Core Arts and Soundminds to name but a few...
In addition to all this, it promotes world music and youth bands to break down barriers within the community.
Qualified luthiers repair all instruments donated, nothing is thrown away, and the instruments are then recycled.
If you love music- give something back - and give others the chance to experience it !!!
