HELLO TO ALL FROM MOON JAM MANAGEMENT AND PROMOTIONS!
I AM NOT A REGULAR PROMOTER ANYMORE!
After a low turnout in Kingston and personal finances needing to take priority I have decided not to promote in Kingston or anywhere outside Guildford after 04/07/08. When not enough people turn up I lose £100's and I just can't afford that to keep happening.
So, this is the deal. I am only offering gig swaps for non-Guildford bands: NO NEGOTIATION, PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE IF YOU CANNOT OFFER THIS.
I WILL STILL BE PUTTING ON GIGS FOR BANDS IN AND AROUND GUILDFORD ON A 2 OR 3 MONTHLY BASIS.
They will be low cost gigs, usually £3 entry, and will showcase the best local talent and the odd ska related band that has offered Abstract Genius a gig swap.
Genres preferred are ska, funk, hardcore, punk, hiphop, reggae and other associated genres.
PLEASE NOTE: IF I DO GIVE YOU A GIG YOU MUST ASSIST IN PROMOTING IT! I WORK MY HARDEST TO MAKE EACH GIG AS SUCCESSFUL AS POSSIBLE SO PLEASE HELP ME TO MAKE IT A GOOD NIGHT! DO NOT BULLSHIT ABOUT HOW MANY PEOPLE YOU CAN GET DOWN BECAUSE I WILL JUST LOSE RESPECT FOR YOU. BE HONEST AND I WILL DO MY BEST TO GET A GOOD CROWD!
I will now be focusing on booking more gigs for Abstract Genius nationally and internationally, whilst planning the odd charity gig I hope.

Hi, I'm Luke Daniels the closest living relative of the moon!
I am a promoter and my band's manager, operating as Moon Jam Management and Promotions
I am in the band Abstract Genius, I am the vocalist and play sax.
I am also one of two in The Ambient Jam, a busking/house party/open mic and now gigging jam/improv set. I play ukulele, guitar and some other stuff, sometimes sing etc.
