Los Angeles...CURRENTLY READING... And...Disappear here: The Gothic lifestyle...
People with style, intelligence, and class.
Any established writers or first time novelists out there as well as writers local to Los Angeles,CA and the Tampa Bay area, Florida.
I met author Bret Easton Ellis two years ago at a signing in Los Angeles. It was an experience I'll never forget. He hobbled onstage with crutches and his foot in a cast, apparently from tripping on stairs a few nights earlier at a restaurant in Hollywood while drunk and fractured his ankle. He did the reading and signing while on vicodin, a personal favorite of mine, and later I told him that it was better than going to a rock concert.
I've also met Marilyn Manson, authors Jerry Stahl and Tucker Max, and Spawn creator Todd McFarlane.
I would still like to meet authors Neil Gaiman, Chuck Palahniuk, Lawrence Block, and Jay McInerney, as well as Trent Reznor and Dita Von Teese. I'd also like to go out for drinks with Robert Downey Jr. and coffee with David Duchovny sometime.
Charles Bukowski and I were best friends in a previous life.

"The time has come
For me to go
I'll walk down that road
There's no turning back
The time has come
To let it all go
I won't say goodbye
And I'll never come back.
Cause time is fleeting
And I'm fading away
So tired of being here
With all this responsibility
And in the mourning you'll wake up
And I'll be too far away
To hear you call out to me..."~Dalkmer
