About Me

da Silva Artists is a “Boutique” style management team designed to represent and cultivate established and up and coming musical artists, songwriters and producers. With a select artist roster, da Silva Artists assists their artists according to their specific needs and musical styles, as well as providing services in such areas as publicity, direct marketing, promotions, performance bookings, contracting and recording.da Silva Artists is owned and operated by Cindy da Silva. Ms. da Silva has been blessed by having had the opportunity to work with some of music's heaviest hitters, legendary producers Tom Dowd and Arif Mardin. She has worked with some lesser known (for now), but extremely talented younger producers, Joe Mardin, James Hellman and Chris Carroll. She began her professional career in music by running a recording studio in Hoboken, Jolly Roger Recording. She created her first management firm, Jolly Roger Management to work with some of the outstanding unsigned talent that came through the recording studio's doors. She then went on to build and run producer Joe Mardin's recording studio and record label, NuNoise Records, as its General Manager. Shortly after the studio was designed and completed, she decided to go back to her real love, artist management. With some new faces, and some original clients, da Silva Artists boasts a variety of musical flavor.Cindy has an ear for great music, and has been known to be at the right place at the right time...even if she had to fly herself there on a whim. Not being able to stay away from the recording studio for long, Cindy has recently joined forces with producers Andrew Koss and Patrick Shaw at Tainted Blue Studios. This state of the art studio is located in the heart of New York City's Time Square, the former penthouse at Quad. Whether working with talented artists like Kacie Sheik signed to Tainted Blue Productions, or bringing in a project of her own, the combination of management and time in the studio is a perfect fit for Cindy. da Silva Artists and Tainted Blue...the secret is out.

His single, ‘I Like You Like That’, produced by music industry veteran James Hellman is a sweet little bossa nova that exudes the aspects of a true classic with worldwide appeal.
