Of course, my Grandparents, their parents & the bloodline which i come from. All my Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Elders who continue to teach & share my unique cultures. Eddie 'Koiki' Mabo, Truganinni, Yagan, Charlie Perkins, Oodgeroo Noonuccal, Evonne Cawley (Goolagong), Vincent Lingiari and other indigenous heros who fought for our land and made our spirits strong. Rosa Parks, Martin Luther King, Harriet Tubman, Frederick Douglass, Marcus Garvey and other notable persons in the struggle for the Black peoples. All Native American Indians whom i've met (and will continue to meet)that continue to teach and bring awareness of their plight on 'Turtle Island'. All Native American Chiefs & Elders...keep leading your tribes the true cultural way! All my sistas who know that it ain't easy being a Mother, Grandmother, Sista, Aunty, Neice, Granddaughter..but being there for our 'Warrior Brothers' for guidance, love & leadership...And last but not least, my children and my husband who continue to enrich me with their beautiful souls and inspire me to be the best Mom and Wife that i can be.
