O'siyo, my name is Pablo WayaAdisi. I am Native American and damn proud of it. I am Echota Cherokee and Chickasaw. I am from the AniWodi (Red Paint) clan of the Cherokee Nation. Our people have endured through generations of pain, plight, and hardship. But through all of this, our People have prospered, perservered, and have remained true to who they are. It is this enduring spirit which calls us to be proud of our heritage, to defend our ways of life, and to walk the road of beauty and to live through the sacrifice of those who have come before. I am proud of who I am and will never apologize for that fact. We are a People of spirit. We are a People of amazing heart. We are Creator's children. I live in the knowledge and pride of those who have given their all for me to be where I am now.
