My name is Happy Frejo and I bring you HAPPY SOUL PROJECT. Happy Soul Project was created in 1997 when I discovered the TRUE meaning of JOY. Rising like a phoenix out of the ashes of who I used to be (a vessel wandering around unaware of self). Giving my heart over and having faith that my life was already written before I entered into this world. This understanding has freed me like nothing else. Though I have made mistakes I walked into my calling over 10 years ago and have been at peace about it since.We all have the tools we need to overcome any sitiuation whenever we are ready. This project for me is anything and everything that has to do with maintaining a happy soul. From music, songwriting, dance, poetry/spoken word and filmmaking. All things compiled together that allow me to express who I am as an individual. This project is in the works in terms of product, so be on the lookout. It was also meant to be shared with all my relations. aho and turahe!
Being happy is a choice, it's maintaining it that can be a challenge. With everything that is going on in and around us can make true joy hard to attain. Not too mention be consistent with it. I never thought that I would be doing all the things that I am doing now. But I believe that "All things happen to the good of those who love their Creator."
