Her father was a popular singer/songwriter, who had a passion for Jazz and at the height of his career shared the bill with Louis Armstrong at the famous Olympia music Hall in Paris. Mum was a singer/actress who sang at the New York Sands Hotel and was offered a 7-year contract with MGM.Virginia started studying classical piano at the age of 7, but at 16 opted for a singing career and began performing in the Paris Jazz club circuit.
A couple of years later, she got her first contract as a backing vocalist, touring Europe and appearing on television alongside top French & International artists.
She also sang for commercials, cartoons and movie soundtracks.While on tour, she bumped into a talented British Songwriter/Producer, Brendan Walsh and as they both shared similar musical influences and aspirations, they decided to form a partnership and move to London at the end of the year 2000.Since then, she's been sharing her time between London and Paris while collaborating with various Songwriters/Producers.
