flyer London-born Patrick Long is described by many as an awe-inspiring talent and in truth though he is naturally creative he has worked hard and established himself as a highly respected musician/songwriter in his own right. Working on collaborations with artist such as Ronny Jordan, Bilbo of Heatwave, Swati Natekar, Junior Giscombe, Teish O'Day album Commitment ) and Producer/musician Wayne Brown to name just a few. Patrick, has enjoyed a long and varied career within the music industry. In demand as both a session bass player, songwriter and producer. He learnt to play the piano by listening to great's such as, Stevie Wonder, for sheer musicality and Quincy Jones technical production style. He smiles when he remembers the hour after hour spent tinkling the keyboard until he mastered a particular piece. As his name grew within the industry he was called in to work with more people in studios all over London. It was just natural ambition forced him to think ahead to the future this lead him to start along with his two business partners a recording studio called Alleycats.. Which quickly gained a reputation for excellence. Patrick engineered, played piano and wrote on varied sessions including RnB and Rock though his preferred musical outlet is jazz.
