Arizona Sky ....................The beauty here beyond belief. I start each day with great relief that this is home. The stars at night that shine so bright. The moon that casts its light on mountain silhoutte. The desert sings. Alive with so much life. The rabbits running 'round about. Coyotes howl much like a shout as dinner scurries into its den. The hoot owl hooting. The love bird cooing. And the bobcat loudly purring as it teaches its young to hunt. The sky so blue...the mountain hue continues changing color. Pastel skies. Breezes that whisper at just the right speed to provide the cooling need as the sun is high in the sky. Saguaro cacti spill their shadow. A great horned owl perches on top. Looking around. Surveying the ground for his unsuspecting prey. Never have I felt so much like dancing, running and riding without destination. It's enought to know I'm being here. I'm alive with the joy of a younger boy. Curious, but wise enough to be grateful to live in this greatest of places. There aren't many spaces that compare. Even the rain comes in glorious splendor as the monsoon hits, the thunder rolls.... and the lightning dances across the mountain tops. Life renews.... and so do I When I see this Arizona sky. drm 02/06
