Books, films, TV, of course (but the greatest of these is books); food, passionately (and drinking too, but I'm a very serious cook and a very frivolous drinker); cats, inevitably (I have to say that, I live with one); a surprising number of sports (cricket first, but then anything from American football to F1 - who'd have thought it?). And lots of other stuff.
Anyone creative, anyone interested in genre fiction or books generally, that much is obvious; but why stop there? Writers are interested in everyone, it's in the job description...
Individual voices - anything from Tom Waits to Janis Ian, via Elvis Costello and Joni Mitchell. That fixes my taste pretty well, I think. Plus jazz and classical, opera, musicals - Sondheim is God, and I don't want to hear any arguments on that one.
