I am a fantasy author from England. My debut novel, Jamie Roberts and the Puzzle of Darkness, is out now. It is the first in the epic Wielder of the Stones series set in the magical kingdom of Orphelia.

THE ENTIRE PLOT
Jamie Roberts is 16 years old, orphaned and has never known his family. He lives In Manron, the city most affected by the dominant and tyrannical Empire, led by Lord Sankment - the most powerful and ruthless wizard in history, who controls every detail of everybody's lives. Those that stand up to it are killed instantly, no questions asked.
Jamie is unhappy, lonely but ordinary, except that he experiences premonitions. One day he has a premonition that he is about to be kidnapped and his life changes forever.
He is plunged into a perilous new world of magic, destiny and above all, enormous power. Suddenly Jamie finds he is at the centre of a power struggle that will determine the fate of the world. With the Empire nearing total unopposed control of Orphelia, Jamie must quickly realise and rise to the new responsibilities placed on his shoulders.
Can Jamie follow in the footsteps of his legendary family? Orphelia's fate lies in his hands.

WHERE TO START READING?
Starting on a new author or series of books can be a daunting process. To make it easier, I have plenty of free writing to view.
First. there is a short except from Jamie Roberts and the Puzzle of Darkness in my blog.
Second, I have posted several short chapters from a fantasy trilogy I'm writing, Darkness and Destiny, into my blog. It follows Luke on a dark and deadly path to try and find peace within himself. He is trying to escape a tragic past whilst avoiding a horrible destiny that awaits him. It will only be available on this site.
