About Me

Discovered in a garbage bin by elves the Marquis De Sound are two who make music by use of pure improvisation and the destruction of something beautiful...some people have described our music as beautiful...those people are insane and some of the closest friends we have...nobody wants to get hurt...well maybe...living through the evocation of our first album "Hello Yellow Sick Road" has been hard on both us and our families and that's why we've decided to do a second and third album this year....the next release was a live album documenting shows at Club 77 in Kings Cross and The Sandringham in Newtown and is entitled "Human Fodder For The Inevitable Pandemic". The other is a studio album closer to the production of Yellow Sick Road called "Trazom" and will be the vicious dismemberment of Mozart's music...not to piss on Mozart but to piss on the people who have made the poor guy into a God and never paid for it...we like to invite lots of different people to play with us to keep our music constantly different...cowboy's are people too...and so the future is bright for pigs and elephants all over the world now that tainted elephant meat has been used to purify my pork...give yourselves a pat on the back...........Venues we've played at in Sydney include - The Sandringham Hotel, Newtown/Club 77, Kings Cross/The Abercrombie Hotel, Broadway/The Lansdowne Hotel, Chippendale/The Marquee, Camperdown/Pine St Creative Arts Centre, Chippendale/2RRR Studio, Henley Cottage, Gladesville/Matt Lewis (Mutgash Poison) Warehouse, Redfern/Petersham Bowling Club, Petersham........stare into your own eyes to win a prize!!!
