About Me

“A great song speaks to the depths of the soul. There is nothing like hearing a live performance of a great song by a masterful artist. A good listener transcends the experience of being ‘entertained’ and becomes a participant in an exchange of energy that elevates the spirit. This is the realm of inspiration that, in today’s American culture, is becoming frighteningly scarce.” ~Jorge Udler

The world just seems like a brighter friendlier place since I've discovered Joe Rathburn's music. His music has set me free. I can't say enough about this artist. I'm hooked!

My Interests

Some of my general interests are:

  • Love , Nature , Windy nights , lightning , thunder storms , Family , music , being outdoors , really long walks with my ipod , boogie boarding as long as there are no jellyfishes , good books , cooking with love , Chess , learning new tricks , small creatures , the nature of the universe , You ...

  • A summary of me:
  • I've always been way too curious for my own good. I tend to fall in love with every person I meet. I tend to fidget. I LOVE music! I LOVE San Diego! I LOVE my Husband! I LOVE my family! I LOVE LIFE!

  • I'm happiest when I can be of service. I love learning new things and new ways of looking at things. Whenever my perceptions have shifted and changed , I know those were times of growth and understanding.

  • Music has been very important to me for as long as I can remember , although I have no talent in that area. I have an insatiable appetite for music and I find that the best way to experience it , is Live. So , I go to as many shows as I can. I’ve been exposed to many different genres of music this year and the more I listen , the more I realize that I prefer positive music to the angry stuff. Some music is like candy. It tastes good while it lasts but has no nutritional value. Other music nourishes you , changes you and heals you.
  • I'm chronically entertained by my own imagination. I believe the reason I spend a lot of energy being in my own head is because of my shyness. Shyness makes it difficult for me to outwardly express my thoughts , feelings , emotions and desires. These barriers don't exist in my imagination so I do hide inside myself a lot. Whew! That was hard to admit. Please, feel free to help me break out of my shell.

  • I'm terrified of my own potential but I think most of us are.

  • I'd like to meet:

Well...I would love to meet everyone. Wouldn't that be cool? Since we're all connected , if I had some super power that allowed me to meet everyone , I would finally feel complete.

I would like to meet Peace minded people , People who are touched profoundly by music. People from the Apache tribe , Rainer Blatt , Joe Rathburn so I can ask him if he really met a fish named Jim , more Joe Rathburn fans , Anyone who's been to outer space so I can ask them if it really does smell like burnt marshmallows up there , Jacque Fresco , Michael Beckwith , David Brin , Super Nanny cause sometimes I belong in the naughty corner , Einstein , Gandhi , Zack De La Rocha , Bono , Dave Matthews , John Popper , Jack Black , Willard Wigan , Benjamin Barber , that guy who has a giant compost heap in his yard , that actor who made an entire house from recycled cans and boxes , That guy who raised a pack of wolves , the bug man from the movie , "Blue Butterfly"...
