..I'm either old, or 'experienced', depending on your POV. O've been making a living through art and writing now for over 20 years. In that time I've worked on Comics, Rock Videos, Film, Television, Magazines, Illustration, Newspapers, T-Shirt design and (for the last 10 years) Video Games. I've been blessed to work with some great creative people on challenging and interesting projects, and made some good friends along the way.I work full time at a game developer in Orange County CA., and do various art, writing, and comic book projects on the side. After 10+ years of not doing print comics, I returned to the field with a graphic novel for Little Brown titled "Escape from the Rat Race", available at your local north american booksellers and Amazon online. Having 'warmed up' on that, I'm currently in the midst of illustrating a 150 page graphic novel titled Diplaced Person, written by Eisner and Eagle award nominated writer Derek McCulloch. I'm also in the process of getting materials/scripts for other comic series and graphic novels that will come out shortly after, or at the same time as Displaced Persons.I do commissions and freelance comics art and design, and am always interested in hearing about cool art projects. I am, however very busy so please understand if I'm 'laggy' in returning inquiries, or if my schedule does not allow for me to take on new work at the time.
My Interests
I'd like to meet:
People in the comics, film or music biz, who are interested in working on cool projects that aren't the ordinary run-of-the mill kinda thing and that think 'good enough', is a lame-ass excuse uttered by the lazy.
