We are The Blendaholics, a live hip hop band from Manchester. We blend verbal weaponry & deadly melody with heavy bass & sick drums. keys, horns, zithers and any other things that are banged, strummed and shook, and a few boxes of elecktrickery.
We have been likened to anyone from The Roots and De La Soul to The Free Association. Which is all very well, and more than a little flattering, but we reckon we simply play sick beats with even sicker flows and melodies provided by two of the best front men around, Eric T & The Green Pooki and the slinky vocals of Ebere & Lou

The Kr8z (pronounced Crates) have put out our first record 'The Blendaholics EP1' on super heavy weight 180gm vinyl. Its a four track 12" that features Eric T, Bradey and Ras Byron Nigeria, two other cats from The Kr8z crew. You can buy the 12" from our label - email [email protected] and organise payment and postage.
We had 100 of the 12" sleeves graffiti'd. These 100 sleeves are strictly limited edition and each is individually original - it took us 7 hours in total from the building of the 100 x 12" wall to spraying the design, the whole process was filmed and we are having a video edited to 'Roast Me A Joint' which is the 4th track on EP1. The video should be out in January - we'll let all our friends know when its out and where to see it - (sign up as a 'Friend' of The Kr8z label on the kr8z site).
We have lots of gigs coming up in the new year, with more being confirmed, The Blendaholics EP 2 will be out in February, again with limited edition artwork.
We have a one hour Solid Steel Mix Cd which was aired in the summer. Look out for our second solid steel mix being aired in the next month.
