About Me

Im Christopher Walken!!...Who hasn't heard of moi?...Well, my real name is Ronald Walken (named after actor Ronald Coleman). Born the middle child in a family of three boys, I was raised along with my brothers Ken and Glenn, in Queens, New York. I've my childhood education at the Professional Children’s School in Manhattan, during which at that time I've trained specifically to be a dancer. One can easily say that my childhood was an unusual one compared to most, and when I was 16 years old, I spent a summer playing the part of a lion tamer’s son in a traveling one-ring circus. I, as you may already know, eventually went on to use that training extensively by spending the beginning of my career as a dancer in musicals, and as can be seen in Fatboy Slim's Weapon of Choice video. I still uses most of my early dance training very successfully to this day. I'm still a resident of New York City to this day, and for the past couple of decades have owned a brownstone on Manhattan’s upper West Side in addition to a home located in the Connecticut countryside. I live there with my beautiful wife, Georgianne Thon and our two cats, Grace and Wolf. I met Georgianne while acting with her in the musical, West Side Stories. She was Griff's (the part I played) girlfriend Graziella. I was supposed to be Han Solo but that damned Harrison Ford stole the part from me. I don't need to be made to look evil, I just have a natural "chameleon" sense of becoming my character. I used to be prettier than I am, but I think I look better now. I was a pretty boy. Particularly in my early movies. I don't like looking at them so much. There's a sort of pretty thing about me. Throughout most of my career, I've tended to specialize in playing villains and unbalanced types in many film roles, though I have had the opportunity to play different kinds of parts on occasion. For instance, I once played the cat in one of my personal favorite projects, Puss in Boots, a movie where you could see me singing, dancing, and performing cat-like movements with a feline perfection.

My Interests

I love cats, i have two myself. Although people think that I'm a violent person because of the way i present myself, I'm actually a docile person and I don't think much of weapons. I've been involved in dancing, acting, and singing basically all my life as many of you may know. Listening to classical music but I do enjoy the strum of an accousit guitar preferably played by a Mr. Johnny Cash or a Mr. Elvis Presley. I am a playwright no doubt about that...I have a whole chest full of unproduced plays that I just wrote for the hell of it.

I'd like to meet:

If i could, all my adoring fans who have supported me throughout my acting career.

Music:

I listen to the classical scores of Bach or Rodetzky, but I also enjoy some of the early 80's and 90's rock like Styx, Kiss, and Cream...
Big fan of Elvis Presley, I wear my hair similar to his...
I may not seem like the person to be involved in such a genre of music but you're gonna have to deal with it. I was in Fat Boy Slim's video, Weapon of Choice which was fun and expressed my dancing abilities to what I think was my fullest. WEAPON OF CHOICE . . . . Me baby ME
