Just a guy with a spinal cord injury !

About Me

Click the banner above to visit The Spinal Cord Injury Forum
I was paralysed in 1992 in a car crash as a front seat passenger, in which my neck was broken at level C5 (Burst Fracture). What this means is both my legs, my body, and the majority of my arms, including my hands and fingers are paralyzed, this is known as Quadriplegia in the U.S, or Tetraplegia in the U.K. Since my accident, I have travelled to Kenya, Europe, America, Carribean and spent six weeks touring New Zealand in 2005.
Life doesn't end just because you're paralyzed!
I am the founding webmaster of a Spinal Cord Injury Forum which helps those paralysed from a complete or incomplete spinal cord injury (Quadriplegics / Tetraplegics / Paraplegics / Cauda Equine Injury).
We are always looking for new members to help give support in the forum, so please spread the word about the site. If you are paralysed, a Quadriplegic (Tetraplegic) or Paraplegic , a carer or family member, everyone is welcome.
There are a wide range of topics being discussed in the forum, ranging from Sexuality and Paralysis, to Mobility and Adaptive technology. There is also a Carers and Spouse area for those caring for those with spinal cord injuries.
If you would like to support our Spinal Cord Injury Forum , you can add a link on your site by adding the code shown here which displays a small banner.
If you're just curious, come and take a look, we don't bite, much!
We have also put together some disability related designs which have been printed onto T-Shirts. The profits raised from the sale of these shirts helps pay for the Support website and forum at Apparelyzed.com, so if you like a design, please support us by buying your favorite design!
Just click the T-Shirt image below to see all the designs, Thankyou.
