About Me

Hi I'm Steve and I belong to a support group that promotes a sobriety influenced and recovery supportive lifestyle in Kissimmee/St. Cloud, FL. You don’t necessarily have to have a problem with alcohol or drugs (or be a recovering alcoholic or addict) to be a friend.
The Sober Network was primarily created to help recovering alcoholics and those who have just realized that their alcohol or drug use has become a problem in their lives. It now provides support for just about anybody in recovery. It's members arrange and participate in various social activities in our area that do not involve alcohol or drug use.
This page was created to become an encouraging & supportive safe haven for all of us in recovery. Regardless of your pain & suffering, difficulties, or personal harships (including relationship problems - which can be an addiction), we all can be there for each other. DON'T FORGET TO READ MY BLOGS. THERE ARE SOME ENCOURAGING WORDS THERE TO HELP US ALL DEAL WITH "LIFE ON LIFE'S TERMS". Feel free to drop me a comment anytime. Share anything that’s on your mind like posting pics, quotes, advice, or anything else that can help others deal with the problems that show up in our lives. You never know, by leaving comments you might end up helping someone who is having one of those unbearable days or is stressing because of someone or something in their lives. If we put a little bit of effort, we can all make a difference in each other’s lives through everyone’s support and by passing on the word of hope and recovery. You never know when you will brightened someone's day. I look forward to your encouraging comments. God Bless You.
(Disclaimer: Although members of The Sober Network regularly attend different anonymous meetings, The Sober Network is not affiliated with Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous or any other anonymous group. This page is not endorsed nor approved by such anonymous groups or by any 12 step program.)
