Thanks to EVERYONE who downloaded the song and helped us raise money. We don't have the "final" figures yet, but we can confirm that we were not successful in knocking Mr. Cowell off of his throne, but don't worry… we will knock him back eventually. However, the good news is that Christmas Week, we reached 8 in the IndieStore Charts…
You can still download the single and raise even more money… After all… these kids are still sick and need our donations!!!!

SO WHAT ON EARTH IS TORN ASUNDER ALL ABOUT?!?
Tired of pretentious art rock, or pathetic pop...? Then Torn Asunder is the answer to your prayers. The underlying philosophy is the age old formula. Pounding guitars, screaming solos, funky bass lines, intricate dumming and powerful vocals. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!!
AND WHO ON EARTH ARE TORN ASUNDER?!?
Torn Asunder is a group with truely international experience, spanning several decades and styles. The two brothers, Marcus and Spence, have been playing in various bands together for years. The brothers then met up with Gaz and Steevi. Torn Asunder is Gaz's first band as a lead vocalist, having playing guitar in covers bands prior to this. However, Gaz's vocals prove that he's a true natural at the mike!!! Originally from Surrey and then Allentown, Pennsylvania, Steevi had played in an Allentown based band which had incorporated 6 part harmonies. Steevi, and Marcus used this experience and started to write 3 part vocal harmonies for the songs and the Torn Asunder vocal sound was complete! With the recent addition of Joe as lead and rhythm guitar, as well as Marcus proving that he's adept on the lead as well as rhythm guitar, the line-up was completed and the tours begin! Whether your 8 or 80, Torn Asunder has something to offer you... as long as you like your music LOUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
Torn Asunder still believes in rocking out and will be doing so at a club near you soon.
