Debut full length album in select stores now!

About Me

Seven Ten Oil was formed by Chris Johnson in 1997. In 1998, Chris stole Vinnie Mastropasqua from a hardcore/death metal band that he played in with Morgan Wade. Left behind, Morgan thought his dream was crushed. However, realizing they needed a professional bass player with real talent, Seven Ten Oil picked up Morgan in 2001. The circle was completed with the arrival of Ian Switz in 2004.
These friends and musicians have vowed to play only original music that blows the back of your head off live. Every show combines music loved by all with an energy matched by none. Simply put, no song sounds the same, yet each song sounds like Seven Ten Oil.
Their diverse sound and writing style has earned them air play on local stations 93.7 The Coast, 94.9 The Point, 96X, FM99, and 100.5 Max FM.
In August of 2007, Seven Ten Oil won the Max Fm Battle Of The Bands.
Their first full length, self-produced album, No Name, was released in October of 2007, and received attention in local publications: The Virginian Pilot, Link, and Portfolio Weekly.
No Name is available at all Seven Ten Oil shows and at the following fine stores:
