Even with anticonvulsants the band continued to dive deeper into extremes. They pride themselves in being self-sufficient yet strive to do anything to promote community. They have constructed and marketed every aspect of the music, from obtaining their own studio to record the album, publishing their own website, doing their own videos, design, and promotion. However, isolation leads to reclusive nature, the worst thing for a depressant. The band understands this and for its own mental health they began to craft the blueprints of smart growth in the Hampton Roads area.
Artists in the area should move from the idea of breaking into the scene. This migration should stem the idea of the creation of a scene. Hampton Roads is at the breaking point of becoming a huge scene or being nothing at all. Recognizing this real life dichotomy, two five and j has begun to network with local painters, writers, and fellow musicians to start a scene that cannot be overlooked. The more artists thrown into the fire, the longer it will burn.
