(funk•sion) is the definition of concentrated energy. A four piece modern rock band out of Virginia Beach, VA, this explosive group of men will send any audience home happy. For the last three years, (funk•sion) has unmercifully set the standard for talent, playing venues from the Hampton Roads area, Richmond to North and South Carolina, Maryland and Delaware with their sites set for the rest of the country. They have quickly distinguished themselves in this competitive market with their brilliant songwriting abilities and superb musicianship.Lyrically, (funk•sion) stands out among the rest of the rock bands with their vocalists aggressive attack on life matters. They have also been spotlighted countless times on the radio in the Hampton Roads area on FM99’s Homegrown, MaxFM’s Local’s Lounge and radio plugs on 96X as well as 98X in North Carolina.
