After some time away from the scene, DeadPenny is newlyreformed and refreshed, with new members bringing freshmusical insight coupled with years of national stageexperience. Vocalist Josh Phillips brings a strong presenceand melodic sense to center stage, blending seamlessly withthe sometimes crunchy, sometimes creamy riffs of JasonBarnes. Backed by an allnew rhythm section consisting of bassist Brian Printy andpercussionist Dallas Gann, DeadPenny is poised to turn thelocal rock scene upside down.
While planing a few select stage appearances throughout theremainder of the year, DeadPenny is currently focused onwriting and recording their as yet untitled debut album, due outin early 2009. Catch a show if you can... a DeadPenny showis a rock show not to be missed!
