Hi! I'm Michael. I was born and brought up in the heart of Lone Star State - Houston. I went to a preppy school and figured that I really love writing. Instead of heading to the Ivy League schools I headed to Florida and discover what life has to offer. I love the restaurant and hospitality business because it's a 'people's business'. That and I love food so it's the best industry to be in. I also love pets! Rex - my German Shepherd and I can't resist my temptation of talking about him whenever I can.
