When I was 14 years old, my family moved to Honduras to work on the mission field. I lived there for 6 years before moving to California to pursue a career in music. Living in a third world country hugely shaped who I am and inspired me to write. People continually ask me what Honduras was like. Instead of trying to explain it, I have posted some pictures so you can see what I saw while living there.

What People Have To Say:

"A voice as good and commanding as hers is born not developed. Her songs are tender poignant pieces that are written with a decisive lyric wit. The musicianship throughout her EP is tremendous and best of class. Take a glance at Amy Kuney’s music and you’ll want to stare, I promise". -Smother.net

"Amy is, without a doubt, one of the most uniquely talented singer/songwriters I've had the pleasure of working with in Las Vegas. Her voice and delivery are one-of-a-kind. I would recommend ANY talent buyer, promoter or venue owner to open their doors to Amy, sit down, listen and enjoy!!" -Michael Soli,
Las Vegas Talent Buyer & Producer of House of Blues "Unplugged"

"Amy Kuney has quite a mature voice for her young age. There's a little Fiona Apple edge with a little Nellie McKay snappiness but there's also a lot of originality..."Breaking Bad Habits" has one of the greatest refrains I've heard in a long time". -Collected Sounds

""...She is brilliant. 21 years old, an old soul...stunning lyrics and music and bound to be much bigger than the Sheryl Crows, Sarah Mclaughlins, Fiona Apples and Jewels of the world. Large observation - but I'm not kidding. Think more a modern, Funny, less depressed Joni Mitchell's music and lyrics chops meets a less self-destructive (or confrontational)/more attractive Janis Joplin meets the girl-next-door." -Anonymous Fan
