..This profile was edited with MySpace Help - Profile Creator and Editor MySpace Profile Help!DOMINAEON formed in January 2004 with the intention to spew forth an extreme death metal arsenal with a tasteful hint of black metal & grind. Now ready to unleash their assault in the live scene, DOMINAEON played the first live set in June 2005 and were recieved rather favourably by the crowd. In July however everything came to a halt, with drummer Juz slicing a little over half way through the Achiles tendon on his right leg. Things we're looking a bit dismal for a while but the decision was made to continue & wait for Juz to make a full recovery. In December, after 5 months of physio & rehabilitation, a single rehearsal took place to see how Juz was doing, & although a bit slow & not quite as heavy with the feet,( as to be expected ) he was definately showing that things were close to being ready.DOMINAEON began full time rehearsal again in February 2006 & have layed down 3 new tunes completing the set, playing the first local Geelong show in Sept 06, & one Adelaide show in Oct. After this show, DOMINAEON & Bass guitarist Dani decided to part ways. With the next 2 shows booked in 1 months time, our good friend Brad stepped in, learning our set in a mere 2 days ( HOLY FUKK ) for the next live strike as the opening support for the SKINLESS (U.S.A) Melbourne shows in Nov (06). After a 6 month break, due to personal issues, DOMINAEON began hastily rehearsing as a four piece. The decision was made to move forward without a bass guitarist & focus on finishing the writing process for the full-length & have Chris perform all bass in the studio, & for now, live shows would be played without bass. The latest live attack was in support of Japan's DEFILED in June (07) , a big thanks to Don Taylor & Death Metal Down Under for the continual support. DOMINAEON have now been reduced to a 3 piece, parting ways with gutarist curran. We are hoping that the recording we are working on will be ready before the end of 07, but busy work/studying schedules, line-up dilemma's etc hasn't left a great deal of time to be worked with, we are very eager for this to see the light of day, hopefully it's not to far off now, Hails of Blasphemy to all for thier messages, comments & support. A roughly levelled mix of the tunes " DESCENTION " & "CROWNED IN FURY" have been uploaded, i do apologise for the roughness, rest assured final product will be a lot better. For now the 3 of us will just continue rehearsing & writing untill the right people come along & hopefully re-enter the studio for the recording of our album at the start of 08 ( Updated August 07 )
