My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I'm a book, so really I'm not physically capable of meeting people. It's my burden to bear, being made of paper and ink. BUT, that said, I have a way with words, so please feel free to ask me any questions that may be on your mind.

Books:

I am a book, so me. Here's what's written on the back of me:For centuries, knights have stood as models of excellence and valor, laying down their lives for what they believe in. Vincent Frye is out to uphold that tradition, with a subtle nudge from his rocket launcher.“The annual county fair. The one time every year that the residents of Bluffside come together in holy matrimony to celebrate the creation of fairs, or something to that effect. The sun beats down on people complaining it’s too hot, food that the FDA wouldn’t even call food is consumed, and a new Miss Summer Solstice is crowned. My name is Vincent Frye, and I wasn’t planning on going to the fair this year. That didn’t stop three girls I didn’t know from showing up at my door, claiming the mayor of Bluffside had taken away their titles of former-Miss Summer Solstices. I, The Knight of Docile Ferocity, had better things to do, mostly involving the pool in my backyard. Unexpectedly, these three strange girls convinced me that it may have been in my best interest to attend the fair and help them regain their lost glory. They did this by giving me a shiny new rocket launcher (I’ve come to learn that rocket launchers tend to suggest that someone really means business). So with my sidekick Albert, we set out on a grand adventure to this beloved county fair to see what I could do to make the three no-longer-former-Miss Summer Solstices once again official-former-Miss Summer Solstices. Mom drove. We had drink boxes. And my shiny new rocket launcher was somewhat-hidden in the cooler, away from Mom’s potentially disapproving eyes. The county fair would never be the same again. At least, not until next year.”

Heroes:

Vincent Frye, the hero and still champion of the story within my pages.

This is Chapter 1. Enjoy!

Here's Chapter 1 in all its copy/paste glory. Chapter 1 I, Vincent Frye (Rhyme!), think that I take for granted that I don't have to go to work and I don't have to raise a kid (I am the kid). That, ...
