A Wolf in Yon Abbey

Very seldomly do I stop and listen to any kind of music other than Pop, Country, Alternative, or Lyrical. MySpace has opened my eyes and ears to so much more. Take for instance my friend Ralph, he is from Lincoln, Midlands United Kingdom. His music deserves to be on movie soundtracks, when listening to it you can actually visualize each story. So, if you have a moment take the time to head over to his site, A Wolf in Yon Abbey his music; Tears of a Child, The Black Mountains, Only Love is Real, and The Wilderness will move you. I think you will agree with me this guy is great. And for all you movie makers out there. Why not give him a chance.

At the age of 14, Vicksburg, MS native William Michael Morgan is living the celebrity life that many years his senior could only imagine. Singing and performing since he was 5, William Michael is a country singer that is influenced by the sounds of Tim McGraw, George Jones, Charley Pride and Hank Williams Sr., he has gotten his own airplay on Mainstream Radio.

If you all didn't read Lauren Lucas' bulletin about Kristy Jackson take the time to read this. Kristy is an independent singer/songwriter from Greensboro, North Carolina. Kristy wrote Reba McEntire's hit "Take It Back." A few years later Kristy wrote "Little Did She Know," which turned out to be another hit. As a matter of fact it was the most requested song on the larger NY radio stations for a long time. While surfing through MySpace music sites I came across this great Rock/Pop songstress, Marla Sokoloff. I was so impressed with her song, "I'm Done" I immediately bought it from Snowcap. It wasn't until I joined Marla as a friend and read her profile that I realized who she was, you all might know her too. For 6 years she played Lucy Hatcher on the Practice, and recently played Claire the nanny on Desperate Housewives. I'm glad she's a singer now. There is a bright new artist out of Cardiff, United Kingdom; named Joshua Jones. Joshua's sweet voice and instrument playing are not his only talents though. This young man has a heart. He supports quite a few causes. One is Cystic Fibrosis. Joshua climbed to the top of Kilimanjaro just to raise money for CF, not alot of people can accomplish this feat.
