happy sad, sane mad, dull bright, rude polite,it,s all in a day of my life, and proberbly in yours, so we,re not all that different really.born in quinton birmingham 1950,never had very much and never really wanted much,just a little love and understanding,i try to do to my fellow man as i would like done unto me, so let love and respect be the no1 thing.i was brought up listening to all the old rock and roll eddie buddy fat,s ect curtesy of my two elder brothers jimmy and mick,then went with the stones beatles kinks ect, until along came donovan, then curtesy of bbc and i think it was called in concert, bob dylan and all the american folk people. in 1998 i was diagnosed with motor neurone disease it was only then that i decided to sing my own song in clubs, well with a 2-years life expectancy i thought i,d better get on with it,but here i am 9 years on. the song m n d on the site reflects my fear at the time of diagnosis and the way things will eventually go. you can find me playing a floor spot most thursdays at the lighthouse folk club in rowley regis b65 9ae along with some of the finest musicians around.
