may, possibly, be submitted online as mp3's. All
submissions are considered promotional donations from
the artists, producers, or labels.
ALL TRACKS SUBMITTED SHOULD EITHER BE "CLEAN"(NO FCC-PROHIBITED WORDS,
i.e.- no expletives or obscenities) OR SHOULD BE MARKED WITH WARNINGS
OF OBSCENE LANGUAGE ON EACH SPECIFIC TRACK.
