(Sam. 16:7) I can't quite put my finger on why an ancient shepherd boy-king so captured my imagination over and over...His story gives me hope and terrifies me into fresh reverence. I see so many things in him I which I had (and pray to God to mold in me)-and so many others I'm scared to death I do have (but that will surrender when His light shines those dark areas of my life). We declare all open doors where the defeated forces of darkness have gained entry into these ministries and we declare them closed and in the name and authority of Christ Jesus, we declare they are sealed shut with the precious shed blood of the Lamb and the defeated forces of darkness no longer have access into these ministries nor the lives of it’s members and team. In the name of Jesus, we command the holy warrior angels of the Lord to go forth into battle and bind up the strongmen with their own chains and fetters which have been set up against these ministries and our team members and families and we command in Jesus’ name, for the holy warrior angels of the Lord to take them to the dry and arid places to await the judgment of Christ upon them. For we are the redeemed of the Lord and we have what we say we have, we cannot be denied. And Father, we thank You for this provision, this power and authority we have been given to trample snakes and scorpions and to overcome the power of the defeated enemy, thru the shed blood of Your Son, Jesus Christ of Nazareth, shed on the cross, His death, and His resurrection, overcoming and defeating death, victorious over the forces and powers of darkness, taking away their authority to trespass in the lives of Your children, O God, Your chosen ones. Although we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, for our weapons are not carnal, but mighty in the power and authority of God Almighty, Creator of all things in heaven and earth, for pulling down strongholds and destroying the works of the enemy. Holy Spirit, in Jesus name, pour a double portion of Your Spirit upon each and every team member of the Spiritual Warfare Prayer Warriors and all the new warriors of which You will be adding to our team, and cause us to know and make known the manifold wisdom of God that we can make them known to the powers and principalities and rulers over our site, our paths, online and offline, and all aspects of our ministry and team and family members as well, that they are being served and given an eviction notice, right now, in the name of Jesus Christ and the power and authority we have been given in and thru Him, we command the powers, principalities and rulers of wickedness in the high places, to be thou removed and cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, receiving all they have come against every aspect of these ministris with, back upon them in ten fold, disarming them so they no longer have any weapons or ammunition to come against these ministries with, no longer will we stand our ground as weak warriors, but we come now, as Your called and anointed warriors, O God, and we now take an offensive stand, no longer in defense mode, but we go forth now, according to Your strategy and power and authority to take back the kingdom of God by force, to take back this ministries’ position and kingdom purpose for the kingdom of God as we go forth and posses the gates of the enemy and watch them fall just as the walls of Jericho. In and thru the power and authority of Christ Jesus and His shed blood we have been given the assurance of victory and just as Christ walked in, so we also walk in humility, knowledge of Your Word, O God as well as thru fasting, perseverance and command of authority, victorious, completely, in all things which You O God have called, created in us and to do thru us for Your glory and Your glory alone. The Scripture never tells us to go out and take on the devil-to seek him out and pick a fight with him. The truth of God's Word is that the war has already been won. Rather, God's Word urges us to resist the devil. We are to stand firm and withstand his clever tricks that are aimed to entice us and get us off balance, interrupt our stride, and move us to partake of things and experiences that are contrary to God's plan and purpose for our lives. God's Word also admonishes us to live in God's loving armas, not Satan's grip. We must place our focus on living in Christ and experiencing the powar of Christ in us. We are never to become so consumed with fighting the devil or engaging in spritual warfare that we sose sight of the fact that we belong to God almighty-He is our Strenght and Supply, and He is our Protector and Deliverer. Our stance mus always be, "I cannot defeat the devil. But I can resist him and trust Jesus Christ to defeat him (with all my battles, but I must choose to let Him fight for me. All I have to do is praise Him and pray; that is how I win my battles through Christ). We must declare as the apostle Paul declared, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Phil.4:13) The wonderful message of the New Testament is this: Christ in me and I in Christ." We must never loose sight of the glorious, empowering truth. Our enemy is strong. But he pales in comparison to the awesome power and majesty of the Lord Jesus Christ.~book When the Enemy StrikesJeremiah 51:27 “Set up a banner in the land, Blow the trumpet among the nations! Satan was defeated from that momment on, the only way that he has any power over a Christian is when that Christian believes what satan tells them. It is only when we agree with him that he can effect us because all of his power was stripped away when Jesus came back from the dead. Satan himself knows this fact and that is why the Bible calls him a thief and a liar! Has he got you fooled?Every little thing that you do to help others, matters. So, you may not change the world but you can make a difference. So with death My Victory was complete. You have nothing then to fear. Sin, too, is conquered and forgiven, as you live and move and work with Me. All that depresses you, all that you fear, are powerless to harm you. They are but phantoms. The real forces I conquered in the wilderness, the Garden of Gethsemane, on the Cross, in the Tomb.Let nothing hinder your Risen Life. "Risen with Christ," said My servant Paul. Seek to know more and more of that Risen Life. That is the Life of Conquest. Of that Risen Life was it truly said: "I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me." Fear and despair and tears come as you stand by the empty Tomb. We are pilgrims and strangers on the earth, and we look for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God. Christ has said, "Let not your heart be troubled; ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also." The consolation of these words has come down to our times to comfort the hearts of believers on Jesus in this our day. Our whole being should be thrilled with fervent gratitude that we have such a hope set before us. If we are co-workers with Christ, denying self, we may have connection with God, and obtain grace to help in every time of need, so that we shall not be found wanting when the Saviour comes to redeem his people. We may be found ready to be translated at the glorious appearing of our Lord and Saviour.' I cannot make preparation for you. I cannot repent for you. This is work between God and your soul. If you are defiled in heart, you must go to him who can cleanse you from all unrighteousness. You must seek God. You must have the soul temple purified, if you would have the blessing of the Father rest upon you. To sin, wherever found, "our God is a consuming fire" (Heb. 12:29). In all who submit to His power the Spirit of God will consume sin. But if men cling to sin, they become identified with it. Then the glory of God, which destroys sin, must destroy them. The glory of His countenance, which to the righteous is life, will be to the wicked a consuming fire.~White When these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh. Luke 21:28.The coming of Christ is nearer than when we first believed. The great controversy is nearing its end. The judgments of God are in the land. They speak in solemn warning, saying: "Be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh." Matthew 24:44. . . . {Mar 311.1}We are living in the closing scenes of this earth's history. Prophecy is fast fulfilling. The hours of probation are fast passing. We have no time--not a moment--to lose. Let us not be found sleeping on guard. Let no one say in his heart or by his works: "My lord delayeth his coming." Let the message of Christ's soon return sound forth in earnest words of warning. Let us persuade men and women everywhere to repent and flee from the wrath to come. . . . {Mar 311.2}The Lord is soon to come, and we must be prepared to meet Him in peace. Let us be determined to do all in our power to impart light to those around us. We are not to be sad, but cheerful, and we are to keep the Lord Jesus ever before us. He is soon coming, and we must be ready and waiting for His appearing. Oh, how glorious it will be to see Him and be welcomed as His redeemed ones! Long have we waited, but our hope is not to grow dim. If we can but see the King in His beauty we shall be forever blessed. I feel as if I must cry aloud: "Homeward bound!" We are nearing the time when Christ will come in power and great glory to take His ransomed ones to their eternal home. . . . {Mar 311.3}Long have we waited for our Saviour's return. But nonetheless sure is the promise. Soon we shall be in our promised home. There Jesus will lead us beside the living stream flowing from the throne of God and will explain to us the dark providences through which on this earth He brought us in order to perfect our characters. There we shall behold with undimmed vision the beauties of Eden restored. Casting at the feet of the Redeemer the crowns that He has placed on our heads, and touching our golden harps, we shall fill all heaven with praise to Him that sitteth on the throne. {Mar 311.4}
