About Me

I edited my profile with Mutantville’s Myspace Editor V3.6 !
Visit the website at www.mutantville.com! Take part in the Revolution that will leave you dumbfounded and begging for more! Board the Mutantville Mothership now, before it's too late and the whole thing becomes a watered down corporate conglomerate that cow-tows to the stock holders and panders to the lowest common denominator in an effort to reach the widest audience of morons possible. That hasn't happened yet, so check out the website now, while it's still cool! www.mutantville.comCheck out some groovy quotes from some amazing horror novels. The blathering between the quotes is all mine, so feel free to skip it and just read the good stuff by real writers. ;D********************************************************** She by H. Rider Haggard -"...Nay, not in Kor, but in whatever spot in town or field, or by the insatiate sea, Men brood o'er loves and unforgot, or break themselves on some divine decree, Or would o'er leap the limits of their lot - there, in tombs and deathless, dwelleth SHE." ********************************************************** Enjoy life now because it's the only one you'll have in this lifetime. My name is Streebo Majic I am the self-inflated, egotistical movie maniac and co-founder of the Charlotte, North Carolina-based studio known as Mutantville Productions. At MVP we strive to become fully functioning four-dimensional artists by seeking out the unknown edges of art and reality by playing music, painting, writing, filmmaking, martial arts, dancing, and exploring the Kama Sutra in every way possible. XD********************************************************** Out of Space and Time by Clark Ashton Smith -"Presently he came to the huge, browless skull of an uncouth creature, which reposed on the ground with upward-gazing orbits; and beyond the skull was the monster's moldy skeleton, wholly blocking the passage. Its ribs were cramped by narrowing walls, as if it had crept there and had died in the darkness, unable to withdraw or go forward. White spiders, demon-headed and large as monkeys, had woven their webs in the hollow arches of the bones; and they swarmed out interminably as Nushain approached; and the skeleton seemed to stir and quiver as they seethed over it abhorrently and dropped to the ground before the astrologer. Behind them others poured in a countless army...."*************************************************** *******Do you appreciate art, music, a good horror movie, or a fine pugilistic exhibition, a good old game of "how's your father" or anything else involving blood, sweat, and tears? Then let's go, because time is wasting and the evil prince has plunged us into the thousand-year war! The time for revolution is now and we must begin the psychic battle for the minds and hearts of free thinking individuals everywhere!************************************************* *********The Exorcist by William Peter Blatty -"...In the world there was evil. And much of the evil resulted from doubt; from an honest confusion among men of good will. Would a reasonable God refuse to end it? Not reveal himself? Not speak? "Lord, give us a sign..." The raising of Lazarus was dim in the distant past. No one now living had heard his laughter. "Why not a sign?" ...Ah, my God, let me see You! Let me know! The yearning consumed him."******************************************************* ***To hell with the hippies and the ravers. Protests only created targets for the batons and bullets of the New World Order. Engage the enemy on a level they can't begin to understand. The new battlefield is in the mind. Learn to create the most dangerous art that you can. Write songs and stories that cut through the Ritalin-dowsed minds of the nation's youth like a hot razor through whip cream. Sing songs that make the wart covered toes of the oil barons and media moguls curl in consternation. Make those hypocritical Pharisees go behind their closed doors and secretly worship at the altar of our artistic chaos.****************************************************** ****I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream by Harlan Ellison -"It was our one hundred and ninth year in the computer. He was speaking for all of us. Nimdok (which was the name the machine forced him to use, because it liked to amuse itself with strange sounds) hallucinated that there were canned goods in the ice caverns. Gorrister and I were very dubious. "It's another shuck," I told them. "Like the goddam frozen elephant it sold us. Benny almost went out of his mind over that one. we'll hike all that way and it'll be putrefied or some damn thing. I say forget it. Stay here; it'll have to come up with something pretty soon or we'll die." Benny shrugged. Three days it had been since we'd last eaten. Worms. Thick, ropey. Nimdok was no more certain. He knew there was the chance, but he was getting thin. It couldn't be any worse there, than here. Colder, but that didn't matter much. Hot, cold, raining, lava, boils or locus - it never mattered: the machine masturbated and we had to take it or die."******************************************************* *** Rise up and scream, shout, laugh, bleed and create chaos until there is nothing left of the social psyche except a barren wasteland. And then we can burn it down (metaphorically speaking) and begin again.Ah, screw it. The revolution was already televised, but it got cancelled because the ratings were too low. Let's go see a movie instead! ;)********************************************************** Ghost Stories of an Antiquary by M.R.James -"At first you saw only a mass of coarse, matted black hair; presently it was seen that this covered a body of fearful thinness, almost a skeleton, but with the muscles standing out like wires. The hands were of a dusky pallor, covered, like the body, with long coarse hairs and hideously taloned. The eyes, touched in with a burning yellow, had intensely black pupils...Imagine one of the awful bird catching spiders of South America translated into human form and endowed with intelligence just less than human..."*************************************************** ******* I'm hard core horror fan and I love scouting out the great horror forums across the net like the B-Headed Board, IMDb Horror Board, the MVP Horror Board, Arrow in the Head and many more. I love talking to other fans of the genre and I love discovering something new. Speaking of horror, did I mention that I have been involved in the creation of my own horror film over the past three years entitled "C For Chaos"? It's 100% complete, and as of this writing we are working our a$$es off to finish post-production. It takes a mighty long tiem when you do all of this stuff without a budget - but in the end I can die happy.****************************************************** **** Nyarlathoteptep by H.P.LovecraftScreaming sentient, dumbly delirious, only the gods that were can tell. A sickened, sensitive shadow writhing in hands that are not hands, and whirled blindly past ghastly midnights of rotting creation, corpses of dead worlds with sores that were cities, charnel winds that brush the pallid stars and make them flicker low. Beyond the worlds vague ghosts of monstrous things; half-seen columns of unsanctified temples that rest on nameless rocks beneath space and reach up to dizzy vacua above the spheres of light and darkness. And through this revolting graveyard of the universe the muffled, maddening beating of drums, and thin, monotonous whine of blasphemous flutes from inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond Time; the detestable pounding and piping whereunto dance slowly, awkwardly, and absurdly the gigantic, tenebrous ultimate gods the blind, voiceless, mindless gargoyles whose soul is Nyalathotep. **********************************************************Ma king a full-length feature is anything but easy, so if you are a horror fan, filmmaker, actor, or all around cool person - drop me a line and we can rap about the in's and out's of horror. I am an astute student of the game and I love to meet folks who feel the same. Feel free to check out our website over at www.mutantville.com and you can keep up to date on our progress towards horror film nirvana.Until then, keep one eye open when you sleep and one hand on the razor under your pillow because you never know when your Mom/Dad/Sister/Brother/Neighbor will go crazy and do the Ed Gein/Psycho act on your sleeping body and you'll wake up with your head in the refrigerator and your heart gently simmering in a frying pan on the stove.I'll see you at the Player's Ball! When you're a Mutantville Player; everyone knows you're an M..V..P!!!//Streebo***************************************** *****************The Haunting of Hill House by Shirley JacksonNo live organism can continue for long to exist sanely under the conditions of absolute reality; even larks and katydids are supposed by some, to dream. Hill House, not sane, stood by itself against the hills, holding darkness within; it had stood so for eighty years and might stand for eighty more. Within, walls continued upright, bricks met neatly, floors were firm, and doors were sensibly shut; silence lay steadily against the wood and stone of Hill House, and whatever walked there, walked alone.
