Ithaka Maria
is a talented artist/songwriter with impulsive character and real individuality. She is the co-producer for all of her own songs, and as she creates her music and lyrics simultaneously, the overall outcome is natural, organic and singular. This is also probably the reason why her music has attracted the producers and musicians with whom she has worked.
Her latest singles "Take A Ride" (produced by Per Sunding) and "Confession" (produced by Adam Kviman) are her first singles as a solo artist. Previously she had been the lead singer of the band called Slobodan River whose five singles from their 2004 album were very popular radio hits in Estonia. She began her pop music career at the age of 17 when she won a competition and was chosen to be the lead singer for the popular Estonian hit band BestB4 at the end of the 90’s.
When working in the studio, Ithaka-Maria is a conscientious and irreplaceable partner with clear vision and plucky ideas. She has a varied musical taste and a broad musical background.
Her hobbies include kickboxing, ballet and playing piano.
