Creativity .. entrepreneurial instincts .. passion for music .. words that are all too forgotten in today’s record industry .. bogged down in corporate dictate where market share is king. Gone are the independent powerhouses of the seventies such as Chrysalis, Island and A&M, who’s philosophy was to discover and expose genuine creative talent, allowing them to develop in their own time.
It was this that led Augusto Gentilli to form A&G Records, A&G Productions and A&G Publishing. Whether it be pure pop, rock, urban or sometimes a little more left field. A&G will first and foremost bring creative energy to the process and provide an environment that artists feel at home with and be a part of the A&G family.
A&G Records has two sister companies, one based in Tuscany and founded in 1995, one of the leading sales and suppliers of professional audio hardware and software in Italy. The other is A&G Entertainment, also based in Italy, an independent theatre production company staging selected shows in Italy and now spreading to other countries.
It was therefore a natural progression and decision for Augusto to turn his attention to the creative side of the music business.

There will be no musical barriers set up by A&G Records. If it is exciting, with potential, no matter what genre, A&G will consider it to be part of what will be a growing roster of artists and third party collaborations.
