hmm,difficult... but what pops into my mind is some of Peter Greenaway, i love films of Julio Medem, my favo is: Los amantes del circulo polar, not to forget Almodovar.. s movies..and the French film "Amelie" is wonderful! The crying game of Neil Jordan impressed me, The Matrix,fantastico!
Not to forget Krzysztof Kieslowski..s "La double vie de Veronique", the music from Zbigniew Preisner is fantastico I listened & saw that one mucha mucha veces!!!
Years ago i saw on the BBC the series of Dennis Potter "The Singing Detective" with Michael Gambon (fantastic actor),luv that series!
The animation of the Dutch director Michael Dudok de Wit ....Father and daughter....is fantastic!!
