(Jimi Hendrix)I have been in a few bands over the years but more recently I have been concentrating on working as a singer /songwriter.For me good music is all about emotion...passion..and soul.If its not from the heart its not worth singing.In recent years living in a different culture has exposed me to new faces,ideas and musical influences...Whilst living in Madrid, Flamenco and Latin music influenced me a lot. In Madrid I also had the pleasure of working with the rock group Bulletproof Bomb as singer.Working with this rock classic covers band inspired me to write a number of blues/rock type songs which is the direction Im taking at the moment. The blues and blues rock has always been an influence to me over the years with the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Muddy Waters,BB King,Led Zeppelin and Thin Lizzy being amongst my favourite artists.Living in Barcelona I had the weekly pleasure of singing Jimi Hendrix songs with Txema a truely talented guitarist in a bar called the Jazzman.Im currently working on getting a demo together of some of my songs.I hope in the future to share my music on my other space(Trueblue Music) and I look forward to your comments.Steph
