What is the House of the Philippines?
The House of the Philippines is a place to learn about the history, culture and people of the Philippines. It is one of many cottages that make up the House of Pacific Relations located in Balboa Park, the cultural heart of San Diego. The mission of these Houses is to provide a cultural experience for the residents and visitors of San Diego.

When are you open?
We are usually open the last 2 Sundays of each month from 12pm-4pm. The following is our 2007 schedule.

When do you sell food and have performances?
We sell food and have performances three times a year.
May 27 - Ethnic Food Fair
All Houses sell food of the home country, held on the last Sunday of May.
June 10 - Lawn Program
Hour long program showcasing the culture of the Philippines held around June 12 to celebrate Philippine Independence Day.
December 1 and 2 - December Nights
Part of the Balboa Park December Nights, all Houses sell food, held on the first Friday and Saturday of December.
