What is Internship?
"Dem Apples" Fall Internship
This year's Spring 2008 Internships theme is entitled "E3: Empower, Elevate, and Evolve". Through the various working departments, the coordinators will help uncover the past, present, and future of the Pilipino culture in hopes to empower change, elevate the minds, and progressively evolve our interns into future leaders in the community."Empower, Elevate, and Evolve yourself this semester."
Internship is the opportunity for students to absorb and share various aspects of the Pilipino and Pilipino American culture. Internship challenges the interns to think outside the box, and express their ideas in a safe space. Additionally, interns will be educated about many issues within the community and learn the rich Pilipino landmarks within San Francisco. The following workshops are included in the internship: Academics, Activities, Community, Cultural, History, Kaisahan, and Public Relations.
As stated in our history, PACE is a safe space to learn and educate others about pride in our majestic Pilipino culture and community. The Pilipino American Collegiate Endeavor welcomes everyone in the SFSU community; the world challenges you to learn about yourself and your history.
