About Me

"Let’s Fuss about Food is an extraordinary first book for author Joanna Lynn. Written for those who have a general interest in nutrition, those looking for information which will help them design a workable diet and/or those who would like information which they can share with adolescents or adults who are struggling with weight issues, the book is user friendly and easily “digestible”.
Ms. Lynn is to be congratulated on her heroic success at organizing a massive amount of information in a format which is quite accessible.
In fact, the book is so well organized, that it could easily be used as a textbook in high school and university settings. Indeed, I would suggest that it is an educator’s dream of how we can best access, learn and use material" asserts Jane Gellert Ph.D., psychologist

A Book about Food with a Focus on Nutrition
To understand the fuss about building muscle, shedding fat, becoming vegetarian, organic food, and more, we first need to digest the basics. That's what Joanna Lynn’s Lets Fuss about Food Part 1: Our Core and More is all about.
“Let's fuss about how good this book is!” says Vicky Verthuy, television producer.
It is the first in a series of books dedicated to the fuss about food. A must-have book for anyone hoping to better understand nutrition, Lets Fuss about Food is a great addition to everyone’s kitchen shelf. Mothers and fathers concerned about their children’s diets, teens and young adults interested in maintaining good health, and mature adults looking for answers to current food trends will all find value in this book.
“I like the format. I like the humour. I like the quotes.” C. Kokas, flight attendant.
Let’s Fuss about Food Part 1: Our Core and More addresses questions about the effects of food on our bodies. Diet recommendations and food science are best left to the experts, but understanding how food matters is best left to us.
"This book is easy to follow and makes understanding nutrition simple" Colin McKenzie, Student, Molson School of Business.
Inside the book (142 pages, soft cover, US$17.35, C$19.95), you will find fun and valuable information, quotes, diary pages, and even a few recipes.
Best known for her humour, creativity, and commitment to a holistic approach to health, Joanna Lynn is now writing about a heartfelt topic.
Let’s Fuss about Food can be purchased from amazon.com, amazon.ca, amazon.co.uk, chapters.indigo.ca, abebooks.com, or can be ordered through a preferred local bookstore.
"Very interesting and a fun read too!" Sheila Bicknell, Nutritionist - Dietitian (B.Sc)
To my friends,
Inspired by my niece, I wrote this book in memory of my father who passed of colon cancer, and dedicate it to my mom.I wrote it with of you in mind.
I came across so much interesting information. I only hope that I have presented it in a way that is easy to understand and fun to read.
