Okay, here it is… I love God, my family and friends. I love to have fun, but I am practical, sensible, down-to-earth, dependable and conservative. Some might say I am bossy, but I don't agree. I am ambitious, determined, persistent and willing to do the hard work necessary to achieve my goals and pursuits. I have been an avid runner for over ten years... participating in a host of 5K, 10K, and half-marathon races, along with the completion of four marathons.

My Interests


Besides my ministry work and writing, I love to run the 9 mile loop at White Rock Lake in Dallas, Texas. And, I love to travel. My favorite cities are San Diego, Santa Monica, San Antonio, New Orleans, and New York. My favorite country is London.

Most of all, I love helping others develop solutions for living a longer, healthier life.
