It is nothing more than common sense if you really think about it. We have all seen it. The hand-in-hand gangbang that MTV and Hot Topic have forced on the metal community is nothing less than repulsive. Great talent gone to waste by forcing bands to write what will sell, what society wants. Any metal band that has ever edited their songs to be played on the radio should hang themselves. It works both ways.
We can't all blame society or the media for the scene that has been created, the bands that lie back and take this bullshit are just as guilty. Demogoria only supports true metal. We will ALWAYS only support true metal. With that being said, any band that we support, we shall do so with undying loyalty and perseverance. However, be forewarned that the second you decide to turn your back on the metal community, the same will be done to you by us. We're not trying to place boundaries or rules here, like I said before...It's all common sense really. Stay brutal, stay true and above all, be yourselves.
Every now and then, a band comes along who represents the true underbelly of everything a genre represents. Every band has their variations and different style, but the root of death metal lays dormant in Thone of Hate, brining back to light the same brutality Cannibal Corpse had 10 years ago.
This shit is brutal. Not skinny nerd fucker holding up his horns brutal, but straight into the pit of hell brutal. Every miniscule aspect of Throne of Hate carry's a true death metal torch, the way metal should sound, feel and hurt. The low harsh growls, beatdown changeups, and no-tone bass flops set this band apart from the rest, yet proving to the world what true death metal should sound like. And we shouldn't let it die.
