Being Ben, I was born in '74. Started playing music when I was 12, writing original songs from the start. Since then have had multiple addictions, shit jobs, degrading social recognition, political abandonment, hope, hope dashed, sex, food, etc. and have generated an optimistic 'fuck it all' belief system.Now the council in my head holds many names but for the puropse of assumed clarity, I am Beni MC Squared on the Last Retreat.And why the Last Retreat?! Well, how much shit are YOU gonna take?

Sometimes it's just a screaming maelstrom in here. An eccentrifugal farce perhaps. Dizzying all the same.
