I am Margaret, the elder daughter of King Henry VII of England and Queen Elizabeth of York. My brother became King Henry VIII in 1509. I married King James IV of Scotland and was widowed when our son King James V was but a very small child.I later married twice more, once to the Earl of Angus and then later to the Earl of Aaron. My son James V was the father of Mary, Queen of Scots and my daughter, Lady Margaret Douglas, was the mother of Henry, Lord Darnley. Mary and Darnley married and produced King James VI of Scotland. He became King James I of England in 1603. My great-grandson twice over, King James, has a direct descendent on the throne today: Queen Elizabeth II.
