I have had the best fortune with my music and lovin' it. In the last several years, I've played and performed with some of the best musicians on the planet... Taj Mahal (all over the planet), players from Mali, from Hawaii including Sonny Chillingworth, people in Florida (Reuben "Lounge Lizard" Morgan), Germany, Brian Kramer in Sweden, Ngariki in Australia, Terrance Simien in the Carribean and Hawaii, Ramblin' Jack, and many many more people that I call friends. It's all led me to the place I am now - Music has really been the key for me, my key to the planet and in many ways, the key to happiness.
The Island Blues Band is actually, a number of different bands in several countries, I travel around when I can, getting brothers and sisters together to make music. I'm based in Hawaii, and from there play in as many places as I can -Australia, Europe, and around the USA.
All the players you see here are great musicians being creative and supportive of all that music.
