We are all born with creative spirits...
some have just forgotten how to still the world and listen within.

For me, creating is as natural and necessary as breathing...
as is sharing my creations... to please, to heal, to entertain... and to inspire.
My muse has many voices, ranging from the deeply technical to the beautifully artistic.
As I listen to whatever song she whispers in my ear, whatever divine impulse flashes within at any given time, I am perpetually and eclectically creatively engaged.
It makes for a very interesting existence ;)
My eclectic nature spills over to my songwriting and vocal style. As the daughter of a jazz trumpet player and an artist, those influences have been with me from an early age. I tend to "paint" with my voice, using the many varied hues in my palette.
My current projects, each different in style and vibe, will give you a taste of that musical multiplicity.
I have had the pleasure of writing with some very talented musicians. Each artist brings their own flavor into the mix, inspiring me to stretch my creative wings in different directions...
The interaction between different creative forces can have a kaleidoscopic effect...
the colors constantly change; no two "patterns" are ever the same...
the possibilites are endless...
Exploring and pushing the limits is the challenge I crave...and I enjoy working with musicians who are able to do the same... and do it with a professional mindset.
